The bottom right tooth is killing me though. The lower right side of my face is swollen and i can't eat anything hard still because of the pain nor can i open my mouth very well. The pain starts at the top of my jaw and goes down to the chin area. The tooth was impacted and resting against the nerves. Also, because of my very long roots being wrap around my nerves on the left side he did not pulled that tooth. Will the pain go away or do i have permanent nerve damage? I have two small children so i can not take the pain medicine prescribe to me.

The tooth that was pulled is causing the pain. It was an oral surgeon that i went to and he said it was a very hard tooth to get out.

I'd highly recommend you return to your dentist. You could have developed a dry socket, or an infection. The swelling should have gone down noticeably by now, and most of the pain gone as well. Since you are feeling pain, it doesn't sound like the nerves were damaged- dead nerves don't feel anything. You would also probably benefit from some child care assistance for at least a day or so if you could arrange it, just so you could take the meds, be comfortable, and get some rest. Even moms need recooperation time every now and then, and they tend to repair a lot faster if they can get at least a day or two of it.

man o man. go to a biologic dentist in your area. if you need a list of sites to look for one, email me at aharleygyrl@icqmail.com

your dentist doesn't sound skilled. many biologic dentists are good oral surgeons, and you need an oral surgeon for this, sounds like.

it does not sound like your dentist knows what the heck he is doing. you can go into shock from pain, so be careful.

but you didn't really make it clear if the tooth that was not pulled is the source of your pain or if it is caused by the other tooth being extracted. it can take 2 to 3 weeks sometimes to get over the pain of wisdom teeth extractions, especially if they were impacted and hard to reach.

SEEK THE HELP OF AN ORAL SURGEON TO EXTRACT THIS LOWER TOOTH.
THE PAIN WILL NOT GO AWAY UNTIL YOU TAKE THIS TOOTH OUT.
ps wisdom teeth usually have short roots.
