Find something to do. Reading, games with friends or family, talking to people that you haven't spoken to in a while, hobbies, crafts, etc. If you find something that keeps your mind occupied then you won't think about it.

Ah man... In high school my boyfriend moved 1300 miles away. I was crushed. We still (16 years later) talk. I don't think there is a good answer for this question. With relationships, normally there is closure. As in someone breaks up with the other one. Unfortunatley for me, we were both very much in love when he moved so there really was no reason to stop loving him. I still do. It got easier and life went on. I married and have two beautiful babies and an incredible husband who I love very much and am grateful to have. Yet I still wonder what my life would have been like if I ended up with the other guy, the one I was head over heels in love with. You have to work it out one way or another. I say either find a way to be together, or completely cut off contact. Staying in touch is way too difficult to move on completely from.

I'm in a long distance and hope to see my bf this august soon. I miss him everyday.. hmm.. just try to keep busy. As for me, i'm working and studying MBA at the same time. Send lots of love letters, emails, phone calls, or just about anything to keep the connection. Small fights could easily get carried away so wish both of us lots of luck! :o)

Losing someone you really care about or love is always hard and tears you up inside. The only thing you can do is to try and remember the good times you had but try not to dwell on them too much. Sometimes it takes a long time to heal, so spend time with your real friends (not myspace or fake computer chat friends).

well try missing 5 family members gone all in a year n halfs time frame, if you want to know who crys all the time and is so sick of no one will love me and women are blind to not see im fun to be with, so your answer is stay busy all the time and kick walls when it hurts,, i do that all the time lol,, ouch and pls dont add me,, im just awnswering for yahoo..

That sucks I'm going through the same thing right now, but he is moving and i know that i can't spend my life without him so i'm moving with him. I dont know if you can do that but if you love someone and good are hard to come by i think that u have to do what your heart is telling you to do,

Its hard very hard. I write a letter to myself telling myself all the good times we had together and keeping it in a very sercet place in my room. Write him a letter if you could letting him know that you still care about him. That sucks! crying won't do anything but make you more upset more. Eventullay u will move on but not forget.

It is sad, i am so sorry to hear that, but sometimes unfortunately we should deal with difficulties, try to focus on something else, it depends on of you hobbies. Don't stay alone because his memory will bother you, join to your friends as much as you can.

if your broken up then go out and find someone new, if your still together then tough up or break up cause those long distance things dont work, someone will usually end up cheatingon the other and its usually the male who does I know this as a male cause i cheated on my girl when she moved to college and told her and it eneded
