I never liked running but when i started to run to train for cross country i found i love running so much better! Do you like running or walking?

I enjoy running. At first I was like you, I never liked running. Later I found out that running was not that bad. It is a great stress-reliever for me. It just takes your mind out of depressing things. It is also a great work out, and keeps you in shape. I am also in Cross Country, currently in Track and Field. Personally, I think it is a great experience!

Walking running makes you out of breath.

I personally like to walk. You have more time to take in your surroundings and stop if you see cute flowers on the side of the path. I also like walking because I can take more time to be to myself. Running gets you back to reality way too fast.

I can't run like I used to, so I like walking better.

for me, I love walking. when running, seems like the earth is moving :P
and as for walking, I can enjoy scenery & can have chat too

I like alternating becuz that way i get to work out without feeling queasy or getting my heart rate started so quickly.

prefer walking, but running burns more calories and makes you feel like you exercised!!! :)

I love running but since my back injury I am lucky to walk with no pain. Run for me PLEASE!
