lil heads up once some people get to this question they're gonna jump onto u saying something along the lines of "this has nothing 2 do with martial arts" or "stop turning the martial arts section in to a gymnastics/parkour place"

parkour is a physical art of French origin, the aim of which is to move from point A to point B as efficiently and quickly as possible, using the abilities of the human body. It is meant to help one overcome obstacles. It was derived from French military obstalce training.
