How can I get my hair to look like Kat Williams?

Grow ur hair, perm and a very good stylist. Maintenance will be a must for upkeep

He either has a press or perm to straighten it and wears it flat. Depending on your original hair texture a press would work fine but if you're extra kinky you might want to try a perm to make sure your hair will not revert when exposed to moisture or body heat.

You'd have to go to a stylist, who would straighten it with chemicals or with a heated instument. Then she/he would cut it into that layered style that he has, it used to be called a "feather" style.

Grow it and then get a perm.
