That depends on what you want to do with the language. I think French is the most common (spoken by the most people) of those you listed, mainly outside of France in Africa and some of the Pacific islands, but also as a first or second language in other countries. French was also once considered a sort of international language (look up the definition of "lingua franca") for business, trade, and politics. It has since been replaced by English for the most part. French is also quite beautiful, but also subtle and complicated, especially for someone who has never studied a Latin-based language.
German is also spoken by many people, mainly in Europe. It is usually regarded as easier to learn for people who speak English, because English is a Germanic language. Its phonetics and grammar are also a bit more consistent (so I've heard) than those of French. This language I could recommend least of the three.
Korean is a great language for this day and age, especially for anyone who is wanting to work in international business. South Korea has become a major player in the world market, and fewer Americans learn Korean in school than French. It is also very different from English, more so than French.
In general, I would probably recommend French, as the French have the money and desire to travel, and you say you want to work in tourism. Also, many people (at least in America) perceive French as romantic, exotic, and a sign of the culturally refined. Also, French is spoken in more places than either of the other two languages you mentioned. However, I would encourage you to look at other languages. Chinese, for example, is becoming more and more beneficial on the international stage, as the 1 billion people in China begin to industrialize more and expand into global markets. Good luck and practice hard with whichever language you choose!

Well, are there more German speaking, French speaking of Korean speaking tourists in India? I do know that the Germans are some of the biggest travelers in the world, I'm not sure if they go to India much though.
