To gain/loose weight, eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Uncooked fruits/vegetables shud be taken with each meal to the extent of 50%. No food/drink other than water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body system to give u effective signals when u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

Do not get panicky to loose/gain fast. After all u have taken years to come to the present state. Be patient.

I'm going to try to explain this the best I can:

Models have a type of body that let them look as they do. But a lot of people don't have that body. Some people will never be able to look as a model because their genetics, that is a fact. U can go to a gym and do exercise for 8 hours a day and eat nothing more than lettuce and most likely, u will never look like a model.

Some people r short, some others r rounded and no matter what they do they will never been able to look like people in Baywatch.

Now, if u really think u can look like one of them its actually very easy to do it in a very healthy way, u don't have to starve itself.

Metabolism is the first thing u have to care about. The better ur metabolism the best. To improve it there r two things u can do. First of all exercise. Second, the more meals u do the better. But try to keep them small. The reason of this is the following: If u only do a meal a day, ur body will have to start storing fat so that it can keep working for the rest of the day, so ur body will get used to store fat and once that happens u will get urself in troubles. But if u do 5 small meals a day (and by small i dont mean to starve urself. U need to get all the nutrients a day a person needs to survive but divided in 5 meals) ur body wont have a reason to store fat and it wont do it.

Another thing u have to think about is just a matter of math. To loose weight u need to burn more calories that the ones u r putting in ur stomach, i. e. if u eat 2000 calories a day, u need to burn 2200.

Now, again... no matter what u do, maybe u don't have the genetics to look like a model and if u get obsessed with the idea u will end up with serious health problems.

There, no sentimentality at all.

Now, if u ask my opinion as a man, i prefer a few extra pounds in a woman that women that look like Cameron Diaz: no breasts, no buttocks and bodies that look like young boys.

PS Many of the models r bulimic or anorexic and this is a fact, all the photos u see of them r modified in photoshop, believe me, in real life they dont look like they do in magazines.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

You say you don't care if it is unhealthy, so what are your plans? Starving yourself? Anorexia? Or maybe bulimia? You pick! If you don't want sentimentality and you don't care if it's unhealthy, then those are your only options. The end.

Now if you really don't want to fall into that trap (and it is a trap and it is not glamorous!) and if you want healthy then you have other options. Eat a variety of good foods, eat small portions spread out over the day, don't eat carbs after 6, get a healthy dose of daily exercise, take up a sport etc. Put simply GET A LIFE! Don't want to sound mean but you really need to get a grip. There is nothing wrong with wanting to look nice or wanting to be thin, but not to the detriment of your health. Be sensible about it please.

If you lose the weight in an unhealthy fashion, don't you realize you're just going to put the weight back on when you go back to your old habits and don't exercise? Models work hard to keep the bodies they have.

I'm 5'4" 110lbs (50kg) but I look nothing like a model. I have a lot of extra weight to lose if I wanted to be one. If you want to look like a model, you should weigh100lbs (45kg) or less for your height.
