Absolutely not. Nothing "burns" fat. Nothing. If there were a substance that indeed did burn fat you would know about it because it would work. And it would work every time. Also the inventor would be a billionaire.

To gain/loose weight, eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Uncooked fruits/vegetables shud be taken with each meal to the extent of 50%. No food/drink other than water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body system to give u effective signals when u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

Do not get panicky to loose/gain fast. After all u have taken years to come to the present state. Be patient.

I love eating grapefruit in the morning for breakfast. I noticed recently that my clothes were a little baggier, and I weighed myself and found out that I'd lost weight. Funny thing is, I haven't been doing anything differently, except eating the grapefruit more often. So yes, it does work. I don't know about the green tea, though,
