we messaged back and forth for a couple days. Then I gave him my screen name where we continued to talk for a week every night online. Then my brother finally had a house warming party, we were both drinking and heavily flirty but that's all. We both passed out. I took his number from my brother's phone. Texted him the next day and cont. to text for a couple of days. I pretty much invited myself over a couple times. He had mentioned that he doesn't think that my brother will want his roomate dating his sister..does that mean he wants to date me?? I want to date him. I asked my brother, he said "I don't care," when I asked him if he minded that we hang out. We have hung out like 3 times, and I made the initial move to hang out all three times. I want him to ask me out or to hang out so I know that he does like me. But I'm nervous that he is used to me making the first move. Should I ask him out?? How? I have no clue what to say. He flirts with me when we talk, but he won't make a move!

If my brother does care, he is a hypocrit because he is always hitting on girls that I bring over. I'm 21, the guys are 24. And I'm trying to help him get with this girl and he knows it. So he should be helping me! But any brother is going to be protective of his baby sister.

he's probabaly nervous to make a move since he thinks your brother won't like it...you should take things slow, just hang out with him and make sure he realizes that your brother doesn't mind that youre hanging out...but dont ask him, you don't want to look desperate...GOOD LUCK AND TELL ME WHAT HAPPENS!!!

Remember he made the initial move by messaging you on myspace. I suppose it matters what was said in that initial message but I still think he's worried what your brother will do, especially if things don't work out.
I've learnt that you can't just keep waiting for guys to do everything so maybe just talk to him and say you like him and think that he likes you what does he want to do about it?

well, it seems that you really liked him. I've been in your positions once, and i did the move to let that guy know i want to hang out with him. But it wasn't a good move. I think if he likes you, he'll invite you out, you'll just have to wait. I guess guys want things to be their way. Because sometimes, when girls do the first move, they end up being disappointed.

you know what i'm yhinking about? maybe he's just curious about you.... if he really likes you he should be the first one to do the moves or even ask your brother first that he would like to have a date with you or even court you.....
