I think this guy likes me and we work together. He always is staring at me when I walk by, but I always get bashful and find myself not looking at him on purpose sometimes, just because I don't have anything to say and don't want to look dumb. How do I handle this? What are some things I could do so he knows I'm interested before it is too late?

Don't be bashful, try flirting! Next time you see that he's about to walk past, LOOK UP at him. Acknowledge that he's there and then flash him a smile so he knows that you notice him looking at you. See what happens from there, maybe say hello or ask what he's got going on over the weekend. Anything is better than nothing at this point!

Smile and speak, he is a man, if you come on to him he will run like the wind!! If a man wants you he will come and get you! If he doesn't come to you after you have spoken and opened the door for him! Well you don't want him anyway cause he probably lacks balls and a man without balls is a woman!! SMILE!!!!

Go talk to him. Ask him about something at work, or if you overhear something about a band he likes, bring up a little trivia or something you heard on the radio. The conversation will flow from there.
