I would just like to confirm the other persons translation.
1) Hello! - We say "Hello" the same way
2) How are you doing - "Kumusta" or "Kumusta ka" it is also used as an alternative to "Hello".
3) I am fine, you? - "Mabuti naman ako, eh ikaw?" or "Mabuti naman, ikaw?"
4) You're more beautiful than music - this is my translation "Kasing ganda ka ng awit" or it translates to "You are as beautiful as the song or music". Sorry but the other translation was a bit awkward. I hope someone will confirm this translation as well.
5) How do you say....in Tagalog - "Paano mo sasabihin ... sa Tagalog"
6) You're sweet - You can say "Ang sweet mo" or "Ang bait mo" (literally means you're good or kind). The literal meaning of sweet is "Matamis" which is usually used for taste.
7) Thank you - "Salamat"
8) Bye - "Paalam" but is not commonly used. Most use the English translation "Bye-Bye". The word "Sige" is more like "Okay". It is an informal or sometimes a rude way of saying good bye which I would not recommend.

1) Just use the same word in english.
2) Kumusta ka?
3) Mabuti naman ako, eh ikaw?
4) Mas maganda ka kaysa sa musica (or awit meaning song)
5) Paano mo sasabihin ... sa Tagalog.
6) Ang bait mo. (literally means you're good or kind)
7) Salamat
8) Paalam. (Filipinos would just say, sige, meaning go ahead instead of goodbye.) Or they will say it in English.
Note: Most Filipinos speak Taglish or a mongrelized English/Tagalog language.

5. you can also say Ano ang (ah-no ang... like you're saying "tong" without the "t")_______ sa Tagalog (sah tog-alah-g) ie. Ano ang "Answer" sa Tagalog
8.Paalam (pah- alah-m) if more like "Farewell" (like we won't be seeing each other anymore or for a long while ). Like others have said and OP said, you can say "Sige" (see-gay)(ok) or you can sa "ingat ka" (een- gaht kah) (careful) ("ingat" is short for Magingat (Mah-een-gaht))
