I have the same problem and have gone after the twitch with boric acid eye wash, Ativan 1/2mg twice a day, closing the eye and keeping it closed for about 15 minutes at a time. Try to calm down. A twitch could be due to tired nerves, lack of sleep. Apply warm pads soaked in eye wash over the twitching eye for about 10 minutes or so. If the twitching does not get better see an eye doctor. Please don't go to a Family Doctor with an eye problem.

Doesn't that feel weird?!!
It is usually a stress reaction, and will go away on its own, at least for me.
