sancha? like i heard my friend say "yea she is my sancha." like "i have many sanchas." or sancho watever. lol

A lover; someone you cheat with.
Guys call them sancha and girls call them sancho. They may also say it when you sneeze implying that the sancho/a is thinking of you.
