Swimming is the best exersice in the summer... yes... we can loose weight quickly... and we dont have to sweat for it..... ( coz we are inside water)
Swimming is a good exercise.. for upper body..... legs do not get proper exercise in swimming

If you want to lose a lot of weight, try to cut back the amount of food you eat. Exercise will not help much. I lost 30lbs from eating small portion meals without any exercise.

exercise will not help much!!?!? im sorry but you must be crazy to believe that!!! You need exercise! if you lose weight just by eating right your going to lose weight no doubt but your skin will be loose! Its better to do a combination. good luck!

you will loose alot of weight but only if you go frequently. my mom started to swim alot and got a new diet and she lost i think almost 17 pounds.hope that helps good luck
