I was standing near both of them, and when I left the area, she told him that she'd gotten pierced (below the belt). I think this was inappropriate and basically a way to flirt with him. Do you think so too, or am I overreacting?

I do trust my boyfriend, my question was more about if she's a good friend. The reason I was upset was because she isn't good friends with him, and because she had plenty of guys who already knew this about her, and the only reason why she got it done in the first place was so that guys would find her more attractive. She didn't do it because she's into body modification, or into self-expression. It was strictly for attention.

Also, don't you guys think it was rude that she did it as soon as I walked away, if she didn't there was anything wrong with it I think she would have said it in front of me.

I think that information is meant to be shared with people who will actually see it so I think she crossed the line :oS

Deal with it. Other women will flirt with your men in you lifetime. Love and trust isn't just a slogan, its what you have to do in a relationship. Flirting is fun and thats why people do it, its when actions take place that you need to worry. I acutally used to pick ugly boyfriends because i'd get so jealous. Little did I know that my boyfriend of 7 years would become a total hottie. I'm not going to waste my long lasting relationship because I get mad over some girl flirting with him, so I do what everyone else in a loving commited relationship and trust him with my heart because thats just how it works.

You're overreacting! He's committed to you,so don't get bent out of shape that your friend was talking to him. If you can't trust each other then there's no sense being in a relationship.
If it's really bugging you, talk to your girlfriend and just let her know that you felt uncomfortable about her TMI situation. Don't let this ruin your friendship -- real friends are increasingly rare these days.
Good Luck,

honestly, unless she's expressed an interest in him, she's probably just bragging. most of these people say it was flirting, but i'll bet none of them are a part of the body modification community. i am. believe me, whenever we get anything done, we like EVERYONE to know about (and we're usually more than willing to show it off). dont worry about it for now unless you see more activity in the future between them.

Definantly inappropriate! We can all see right thru these kind of girls. Ditch the "so-called" friend and look for a better pal. One who doesn't need to get attention from someone elses boyfriend to confirm that she's a total skank.

Since where she got pierced is her business, then who she decides to share that information with is her business, also. However, it wasn't your business since she wasn't talking to you, so how did you find out?
Additional: So, according to you, she shouldn't talk to him at all about anything when you're not around, because if she does then that means she's hiding something.
Is she supposed to talk about the same things over and over again that she spoke of while you were there? The conversation is going to change when you are gone, it's to be expected. Get over it.

Definitely too much information, however, I would take it up with the friend and not make a big deal about it with the boyfriend. He may not think twice about it unless you make an issue out of it. Also, the friend may have said it completely innocently, and won't know it bothered you unless you let her know. A real friend will respect that and apologize or not do it again.

would she tell anyone else that?
or particularly to him?
cause to me, that's a bit too much info.
when she let him know that, is it much of an importance?
what's the use when he's not going to see any anytime soon
she should know that.
so that was pretty stupid.
i would have gotten mad.
how did you find this out?
and realize how your bf reacted towards it.
important thing there.

Definitely an overt attempt to flirt with your man. Straight disrespect by her. Your instincts are on point. Keep your eyes open.
