I am currently 16 almost 17. I am 5 9". My weight is 143 pounds. I am really skinny. Can anyone give me advice on how to work out and what I can do so I can get a six pack or a really nice body as fast as possible.

You should probably do some cardio work out. run do crunches , sit up push ups. If u dont like doing things like that and like more movement do dancing excercise that will help ur stomach to tone up. i been trying too and its kind of working oh yea also get fiber

There's more to a six-pack than being skinny, you have to have muscle as well. Everyone will give you different advice on this, but I would do some cardio, or somthing just to burn off some fat like jogging. With that, I would do sit-ups, crunches, whatever. The key is building the muscle, and burning the fat off that hides it.

Ab exercises: crunches, situps, incline bench sit ups or suspended bench situps, high pulley crunches or machine crunches, incline leg raises or hanging leg raises, also broomstick twist, dumbell side bends, roman chair sidebends, and machine trunk rotations.
