If your considering asking him out, than asking him why he has not asked you out yet might be a better question. Less likely to turn off and would probably get a more informative answer than a "no" or even worse "sure that would be nice sometime"

Guys can get pretty nervous asking a girl out. So nervous in fact, that he may never ask a girl out. I think its cool for a girl to do the asking. It takes all the pressure off of the guy. I bet many people agree with me. Ask him.

Maybe...maybe not. But, if you've given him all the clues and he's still clueless, what have you got to lose? Suggest something light and casual and get to know him a little better. Could be that one-on-one, he's a bore. Better to find out sooner than later if he's worth it or not. Bust it.

If he s a nice guy he would be glad you asked him and took some pressure off of him. If hes a jerk he'll probably be upset you asked first.

sounds like he wants to be "just friends" or maybe he's shy...what can you lose by asking him out? the worst that can happen is he'll say no. if you don't you'll always wonder what if.....try asking him on a "group date" like, say a bunch of us are going out for pizza (or whatever) would you like to join us?
