A GI bleed is likely what is present what with blood present in the stool (go to the doctor). The bleed can be anywhere in the GI tract so this is nothing to delay seeking treatment for.

The low hemoglobin count is due to the blood loss. It is no small thing since it is causing the hemoglobin count to drop (go to the doctor).

Be advised that if there is ever the presence of "bright red blood" in the fecal matter that makes it even more of a medical emergency than it already is. Additionally with the increase in white blood cells indicating the presence of infection, an infection from the gastrointestinal system can quickly go systemic.

hmmm how can this be said? oh I know: scoot to the doctor.

You could have an infection of the bowel, diverticulitis, the dark stool means , that it is old blood which is coming from higher up in the colon or stomach, the increase in wbc means infection, and the los hbg would account for blood loss. also maybe crohns disease.
