If women have equal rights, shouldn't they be asking men out 50% of the time? Equal rights AND responsibilities. If the man does 50% of the laundry and dishes, women should do 50% of the asking out!

CindyLou,

I know a guy who does 75% of the household work (he's married) and yet he had to ask that girl out when they began dating. I know it's the case for a lot of guys. It is NOT fair.

Krishtine,

You're right but the same can be said of men. It is no less stressful and frightful for men than it is for women.

a catalogue of no no questions: How a lot do you weigh? you're actually not anerexic are you? How approximately belemic? am i able to verify you exterior of that outfit? Why do not you have a boyfriend? Do you have any warm friends? do on no account ask a woman this even in case your friends or somebody needs to understand. so there you go some to not ask questions to get you started. maybe you should aproach her by offering to purchase her a drink, or open a door or something for her. or if she looked like shes having a bad day ask her how her day went and if she might prefer to talk approximately it. a woman constantly likes a guy who listens to what she has to declare.

It is called the fear of rejection. Not all women think that equal rights is all that great. Some things yes, but when it comes to the relationship that is a man's responsibilty. Some girls are just old fashion and want the guy to take the first step and be a man.

I agree with you that nowadays men and women have equal rights in many things in life. But it has been the respected culture that men take the initiative to ask girls out. This culture has been embued in our humanity - so much so that if the girl asks men out, she is considered less good!

it should be their decision, not yours. everything doesnt have to be exactly 50-50, as long as they have the same rights we do. there isnt any law against a woman asking a man out so wtf do you want us to do? have the gov't pass a law that forcefully enforces an exactly equal ratio of guys to girls asking eachother out? that would be called facism.

also, if women REALLY want to be completely equal to men, why dont they want pay for half of the bills after the date?

I used to get a lot of girls, but almost never got asked out. I think it's what someone else said, fear of rejection. I used to tell my friends the reason I got more girls than them was connected to the fact that I got turned down way more than they did. That is, I asked more girls out. For me, getting turned down was routine. For girls, I think it hurts more, and may be more humiliating, so they avoid it. I don't mind having to ask girls out, but it sure was nice when they would ask me now and then.

Society has just made it that way, kinda like a custom you know!! dont think ALL women dont ask men out, trust me there are few that do this, but for the most part its kinda like implanted into our heads that men should be the one busting their *** for us. i thought you guys liked that? it also depends on how open minded, and confident the girl is
