she drools and it turns into a rash, can i do anything? or just try to make sure she is dry.

You can put a little Vaseline on her chin.this helps keep the moisture off the skin. preventing the rash.

This happened with my son. I used Renew lotion from Melaleuca, but I imagine you could use any rash type cream--just make sure it's safe to use around the mouth. I did also try to keep his chin dry--although kind of difficult somes as you know.

Aquaphor is a great skin protectant, why not try that as well as giving her some tissues to get rid of the drool.

Poor baby! I would try to keep a thin coat of vaseline or Aquaphor on her chin. A coat of chapstick might also help. Good luck!

Johnson and Johnson has a neat new little stick that works well for my little one. I found it in with the bath items in the baby aisle at the store. It's not as greasy as Vaseline and he tolerates it well. I'm not sure how much it helps, but it makes me feel as if I'm doing something!

well i think you should keep it dry,cause kinda like a baby wearing a wet diaper gets a rash.
