they can be a jerk and all will be forgiven if they buy the woman something afterwards? My boyfriend infuriated me tonight (he had a big possessive episode complete with name calling and random accusations) and a few hours later he came by with these black pearl earings that I admired at the mall a few days ago when we went. I was appreciative..they are gorgeous..but I was still a little steamed and he couldn't fathom why I was still upset. Is this really the way their minds work?

Hmm I think in some ways yes, but most guys feel that they should get there girl something special to make up for there behavior. No i dont think that if i buy my honey something she will up and forget anything becuase that is not the way it should be. Some guys may actually think that. Though if a guy does think that buying you something "fixes" everything then I would get rid of him lol up for alot of troubles in the future.

I'm sure he just wants you to be happy, but he doesn't know how to make you happy again, so he uses the first thing that comes to mind (to buy you things so you won't be mad anymore). This is just his way of saying that he cares about your mood and that he doesn't want you to be mad at him anymore. Forgive him for now, give him a hug, and make up, but if this keeps on happening over and over again, then tell him all you need is a simple "sorry."

No its the way your mind works you accepted them and will soon get over his behavior so its not what we think its what you women accept. And all men are not like that so maybe you need a good man not what you have.

Well, when my woman gets upset with me, I don't buy her anything; I just lay her down pleasure her sexually.

If she tries to defend herself, I would simply walk away. Then the next day I would do it again, and again, and again. That's how this man works things out.

fraid so....bless their lil hearts. and they think the words "i'm sorry" are magic and can fix anything. also beware. when a guy accuses you of cheating, often times it means he's doing it and the gift giving sometimes eases their guilty feelings
