I auditioned for a play on Monday, it was a call back from my original audition on Sunday, just waiting to hear back about the part now. The waiting is driving me crazy, the director said she would tell us by Thursday. I've auditioned for different things over the years, sometimes I got the part, sometimes I didn't, that's the way it goes. It's always fun. I love the whole process, auditioning, rehearsing, performing, everything but the waiting to find out, hahahaha. Anyways, take care.

I have auditioned for many things. Most recently I've been auditioning for college scholarships. I've been accepted to the music departments of a few schools. As for the fun-ness of it...NO! I get really bad nerves, so I have to deal with that. NOT FUN! It's kind of scary thinking about how your whole future could be determined by the next five minutes.
Do they ask anything? That depends upon the audition. Some do, some don't.

I used to audition a couple of years ago when I was a dancer, most of the time I got the job (then again, we don't have many professional dancers in my hometown).
For me it was always fun as I was doing something I loved, but it goes without saying it was also horrible on my nerves. They usually asked about the time I was available for rehearsals and what styles of dance I was more comfortable with.

Ive auditioned 4 time, my next audition is tomorrow, I got the part each time. They didn't ask me anything. It was really fun, but extremely nerve-racking.

I audition two, three, four, sometimes five times a week. I don't always get the part, most often I don't. It helps me to think of each audition as an opportunity to do what I like to do best, so I tend to enjoy myself at most of them.

yeah! so far, I've auditioned 4 times, and they've been really fun experiences. I had a few interviews, and a few were blind auditions. But those were cool ; )

Yes for the male lead in a romantic fantasy musical. They asked me to read a part of a script. I didn't get the part. They asked me to play piano. I played piano.
