The size of the bar at the top of my windows is smaller than usual how do i change it back?

The bar at the top of my windows is smaller than usual and idk how to change it back the the normal size.

Right-click an empty spot on the desktop and choose Properties.

Click the Appearance tab.

Click the Advanced button.

Click on the Title Bar in the preview area.

Use the up or down arrows to increase or decrease the size of the bar

Click OK then OK again

Pass the mouse over the bottom of the bar until you see the double arrow point up and down. Left click and hold it down and pull the bottom line downward until the rest of the bar appears.
