ABS was an option the 1995 LE Sedan. More likly then not it has them but if you pop the hood and look at the brake master cylinder on the drivers side of the car on the fire wall, if the brake lines that come out of there and go directly into a big distributing manifold usually located on the drivers fender well (under the hood) then you have ABS. That manifold will be you ABS distribution center, this should also have electrical wire that go to it as well.

the easiest way i can figure would be to write down the Vin number ( vehicle identification number ) which is located on the dashboard ( you can see it through the windshield ) on the drivers side toward the bottom corner, or in the drivers side door jam on a 2x3 sticker or metal plate. call your local Toyota dealers service or parts department and give them that number and ask them if it has ABS brakes.

Like the other guy said go fast and slam on the brakes. There are two ways. If the brakes skid across the road, then they are not ABS. Second way is if you feel a "pumping" feeling in the brake pedal, that could also mean it is ABS.

Easiest way is to run the vin number, and it will show. Not a stupid question at all, I had to do this with one of my vehicles. You could call a car insurance company getting quotes, they will tell you when they run the # Good luck!

easiest way is to find some wet pavement, then from about 40 mph, just mash on the brakes. If you slide, then you dont have ABS. if you feel it pumping, you do.
