Young Lady, You cannot make someone like/love you! Everyone has a FREE WILL!
GOD did not even make humans believe or love HIM! HE gave us a free will, a choice! That is why you cannot pray for HIM to MAKE someone Love/like you! That would be to take away his/her FREE WILL!
Whether some one cares or not is up to nature!
You do not get to chose! How many times have you heard, "How can she/he like him/her?"
Nature does it and we have no control! People marry different cultures, Races, endure all kinds of issues because families/ their culture disagrees. But nature cares nothing for humans trash! In nature there is only MALE & FEMALE!
And ALL are possibilities! Issues arise when humans try to pick, as you are trying to do!
Live your life, do what you like to do, go where you like to go and you will always find intresting males! After all, there are over 10 billion of us on this earth, how many have you met?

If there is one thing I have learned in this life it is that you can never MAKE someone like you. Either they do or they don't. If you like someone - let him know, with a smile, gesture or e-mail. If they like you back they will let you know. Otherwise move on to someone who will like the real you. Don't waste your time chasing boys they should chase you!!!
PS. Don't try Wicca it backfires everytime

You can't make anyone like you. The best you can do is make yourself more likable, by being your best self.

forcing someone to like you is never a good idea all it will do is hurt you in the end...... if he doesnt have feelings for you its best to move on and stop wasting your time on somebody who doesnt feel for you as you feel for them.
