It's in Spanish! My friend wite it down in my note and I'm curious to know what does it mean?

It's probably: Pues gracias, te amo tambien
Thank you, I love you too
The word "pues" is not necesary in the translation

It is either Klingon for "please pass the whole-grain mustard" or a misspelling of "Pues gracias, te amo también = which is Spanish for "Well, thanks, I love you too".

I agree with Marcelo. It is spelled horrendously, but I think he correctly deciphered it and translated it :-)
