I have a term for these guys: PACPP--Passive Aggressive, Commitment-Phobic Pussyboy.
Basically, he doesn't want a relationship with you. However, he'll rely on you if something goes wrong with a relationship he's having, he's bored, or he's lonely. It mean's you're the #2 gal, not the #1. Never the #1.

It could be he really needs a friend a likes to see her and talk with her - just as a guy might call a guy friend to hang out and do stuff. Don't read anything into it until you feel a roaming hand or the eye keeps moving below the chin.

that means he doesnt know how to tell you he wants to be with you because he's shy but the more he's around you, he will open up to you and then thats when he'll finally say he's been liking you for a long time now and he will ask you out :)
