Some of these 14 year old girls, even 13 are wearing bikini's, short shorts, halter tops, sexy clothing, thongs even, and all of a sudden older men aren't supposed to be attracted to them? Their bodies look just as feminine if not better than older women, so why do we call these men dogs? How can you even tell what age they are?

They wear all of this makeup and flaunt their bodies around. It bothers me because these 'little' girls need to be held accountable for their behavior as well as their parents. If you don't want these girls being looked at then they should stop dressing the way they dress.

I know what you mean. It's really making things hard for adult men.(and making things hard in their underwear too lol).

Girls are growing up too fast and looking sexy as hell and it's teasing men who crave that sort of stuff. Does not sound fair to those poor guys who can't get any. Plus, it's affecting me too. I find younger teen girls hot too. Some of these girls are shaving early too. I didn't start til I was 13.

This can be written under this category, who is to say.
You have a point, the thing is the clothes a girl wears, as a bikini, or very short shorts and little tops are retailed in the girls dept. store and can willingly be bought by whom ever wishes. It is they who feel good about their bodies, that they can wear these type of clothing's. They keep themselves looking as good as they want, that is not illegal, if you are in the U.S.A. What is illegal are older men stalking or going through with nasty thoughts of the kid. They are called predators. We need to get rid of them not the style of clothing worn freely and willingly by any American citizen. We do not have a dress code that covers a woman's body just because of a mans deep seated sick desire. No grown man, especially with kids of his own, even a sister or mother, they should know better. Parents should be a bit more vigilant but little you can really do about a teenager's dress code these days. Their kid could be doing far worse things. One thing for sure is, these days the parents should make sure their kids are in groups, not alone, ever. Women in our society do not have to cover their flesh. Stop defending the perverts of the world, all men don't think that way. If a parent has an overly sexual teen, yes, then maybe they should at least monitor the way they dress to go out.

Sure some teenage girls are attractive _Physically_ but mentally/emotionally they are still very much children. That for me would be the stop point, I have always preferred mature females even when I was much younger, However I do know quite a few men throughout life that don't make mental/emotional a priority It is even likely scientifically explainable as being genetically coded into our species that the opposite gender is attractive once they begin menstruating or in the case of young men when they begin producing testosterone. As a civilized society we don't believe this to be wise, rightfully so, There is a lifetime of experience on the part of one and the other would be easily manipulated. Besides the fact that with a big age difference it just doesn't "Look" right..Like that Courtney stodden/Doug hutchinson mess.

Frankly I think we could use more modesty across the board by that logic. If the only thing that attracted men was sexy cloathing, by your arguement, we could elminate Rape if older women wore more modest cloathing which isn't true.
The reason people get angry with the men is because, since they are the adults, THEY are supposed to be the responsible ones, they are supposed to be the ones that know better (( the same goes for adult women who look at teenage boys )) . As far as the adults are concerned, Really sex, and all things associated are for adults. Period. Anyone who is attracted to a child needs to take a serious look at themselves, why they feel that attraction and try to ammend it and divert it to something healthy If they can't do that, then they need to NEVER act on it.
As far as girls who dress inappropriately, we can blame the girls, or we can blame their pairents or society, all of those things play a factor in fashion, especially for young girls who are just comming into an age when fashion and interacting with the opposite sex comes into play, they aren't trying to attract grown men, they are trying to attract teenage boys their age, and though I agree they need to cover up, society tells them Nudity is sexy, attractive and appropriate Maybe if we adults got a clue and covered ourselves up, told our icons in media and entertainment tto cover up as well --- The youth of this world would follow suit.

Just a thought.

The reason that "little girls" cannot be held accountable is that they do not have enough knowledge or experience to allow them to make an informed decision.
It shouldn't really matter what they wear or don't wear because adults are supposed to know enough to make informed decisions and to protect those who do not.
The real danger to 13 year olds is other 13 year olds who also lack the ability to make informed decisions. Society is becoming more accepting of sexual experimentation of the young amongst themselves. Teen pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases and psychological problems in later life are all on the increase due to this phenomenon. If we teach our young people sound moral values they will not grow into the type of adults who are likely to act upon their attraction to minors.

I was abused as a child. did i have it coming to me? ok yes some girls do dress up kind of grown up.

BUT does that give men the right to hurt them? hell NO. i think the girls should learn not to dress the way they do. and the parents should know better.

But lets not let the men off. i mean i understand that men are getting the short end of the stick on a lot of things nowdays. but to act on any child is SICK!!! maybe because of the abuse i had at the hands of my family i am more likely to get upset with things like this. i know men have it hard but still a young child NEVER deserve to get hurt NO MATTER WHAT.

I agree that these young girls need to be taught modesty, however they are still children who are are accountable to adults. If the adults are not taking responsibility, both the parents and the gawkers then who should? Don't blame the children. Men should practice more self control anyway. The bible teaches us that we are in the world and we should separate ourselves from the world. So Christian men should not behave like worldly men even if they are tempted. They should be men dignified and walk with integrity, not behaving with lust like all the other men out in the world. I have never heard a sermon given to men about it. Maybe it's about time the father's teach their daughters about modesty as they learn about self control over lust.

Adults need to set the example even if a child's parents have not. If you are capable of seeing that a younger child is maturing, you can also know that it is wrong for you to take something from that child that doesn't belong to you. A child's mind is not mature enough to make correct decisions for themselves all the time. Never take advantage of that situation. Even if you don't believe in God's laws, the laws of most countries will set you straight.

A man can't be faulted for finding them attractive, but he should most definitely not pursue the attraction. Sexuality is a very powerful force and it's often the only power young people have, so they tend to exploit it. It's our responsibility as adults to discourage this behavior. Clothing makers and advertisers aim directly at this market and should be ashamed of themselves.

Wrong category but a good question. Girls should dress more appropriately. We took our daughter to a "secret keeper girls" conference. It helped her to understand why we had her dress more modest. Parents buy the clothes the kids wear and are resp for how they look.
Men don't always know. Once they do they should turn and run.
