My husband is puerto rican, and I have been trying to learn for awhile but nothing sticks with me. Are there any websites, or anything that can help me?

My friend is nuts, but he's very committed. And he started this website recently. I'm not going to vouche for him. But if he keeps it up, I guess you got a good solution here. Try it out.

Tune your radio to a Spanish station (preferably talk radio Spanish) and leave it on always, 24/7. Talk Spanish with your husband as much as possible. The brain does much work that we don't even realize.

Try out the BBC site for learning Spanish. It has audio visual material as well as text.

This should at lest get you started, it's free, quick and available. The site gives a variety of course materials.

try watching tv programmes and movies in spanish,translated in english-that's how i learned to speak spanish,and i really speak it very good.
also u can try an online text translator www.worldlingo.com

well a lot of people try to learn spanish by watching it on tv maybe that can help, i know that if u watch telemundo and u put your tv in captions it gives it out in english subtitles maybe that can help you out.
