It's called a white cane to distinguish it from a regular walking cane.

It is called a blind cane. It is white with a red tip and a black straight handle with a wrist loop to help a person to be able to use both hands when making a purchase.

It is a retractable cane usually white, however most sight impaired people deplore questions about this as it is universally adept in other words governed and therefore no freedom as most sighted people do not know what it is
