Write to Toyota.cuz Lexus,Scion,and Toyota are all the same.all owned by some dude with weird eyes @ The
TOYOTA MOTORS, INC. headquarters in Tokyo. I have a 2004 IS 355 and I have to take it to my dealership to get it fixed every 2 months.I've wrote to the General Manager of Operations and he did nothing.just go to http://www.toyota.com/
