When I had my anuerysm, it had burst, they did not fix it surgically. The doctors said it would absorb back into the brain. I am now begining to get neck pain and headaches every day and at times severe dizziness and lightheadedness and/or fainting. I am beginning to see a neurologist about my problems. Is it worth mentioning the aneurysm, even after all these years?

I'm a dentist

Obviously, this is out of my area, so my advice to you is going to be somewhat general in nature.

Always, and I do mean always, give any doctor you see your full medical history, from start to finish. Never leave out any detail, no matter how slight it is. No detail is too small. Let us decide which details are unimportant. That's our job. Your job is to tell us everything so we can make informed decisions regarding your health.

Aneurysms don't always come in singles. It is possible for you to have multiple weak blood vessels in your brain that develop into them...as far as I know.

Your history of aneurysms is something your neurologist should have had from day one. Nonetheless, the symptoms you describe could be caused by neurological problems. Given your history, you should march yourself into an ER, pronto.
