All dogs have personalities. They are unique. They come in all sizes and shapes. I prefer black labs, best dog I ever had was a black lab/rottweiler mix. No breed is better than the next. A dog is an extension of you, it will adapt to your handling it. Usually. I had a pure breed spaniel I had to put down because it turned on me for no reason after biting three people. Hardest thing I ever had to do. Don't let that scare you, get a mid sized short haired mutt and have a ball.

Go for what will suit your lifestyle. big dogs = big energy. Having said that some little dogs do too! I have a large bullmastiff because i need a dog that is a good guard dog. My flatmate has toy pomeranian. I am a girl and my flatmate is a rough plumber with tats so i guess we are the perfect example that you just can't pick what kind of dog will suit someone! Have fun picking!

it depends whether u want a big dog, a small one, and also think about personality wise. some dogs are loud and alert while others are quiet and affectionate. Think about a dog that will best suit ur life style and do some research. Golden retrievers are great family dogs, i personality own yorkies which are great dogs too.

A stuffed one.
You won't have to feed it,walk it,worry about it tearing up anything or pottying all over,it won't disturb your neighbors while you're gone and it won't cost you an arm and a leg in vet bills.
You can take it everywhere with you without any problems. And you can leave it in a corner for days and it'll never demand attention. It won't break your heart to watch it be miserable when it's sick or have to put it down. It'll never bite anyone. And you'll never have to re-home it because it has issues or your landlord won't allow it in the house.
You can have as many as you want without jealousy issues popping up either.

Well, if you want a BIG dog I would get a LabMan (Labradore/German Shep. ) If you want a small dog I would get a MaltiPoo ( maltise/poodle ).
I have both of them.
My little dog Delilah is so cute and cuddly but she barks if scared.
My big dog Samson is sweet and loves playing fetch and really brings the ball back!

Beagles. They howl and dig a little but are really loyal and submissive. Throughout History have been bred by Queens and Kings of England to hunt rabbits. Can be trained to do anything from hunting to sniffing for drugs or even for sniffing for termites Really great dogs. verry little shedding Pugs are good if your looking for a small breed. or saint bernards and retreivers for larger

it really depends on the type of dog you want.. small or big.
If you want a "best friend" type dog. I would go with a YORKIE.
I own a yorkie and she is a great companion. I take her almost everywhere with me. She flies with me and I carry her right on the plane with you, we go to the beach, hotels, malls, she even goes to work with me at times. And she is small enough that I just place her right in my purse.

Depends, big or small or inbetween. Or lots of hair, or short hair. U should decide on that first, and how much space u have for the dog.
