Hey,
You didn't mention what type of flea products you have tried. Many flea shampoos and other over the counter type products simply do not work.
The most effective (and safest!) flea treatments are Frontline, Advantage, or Revolution. These are all products you apply to the skin on the back of a cats neck. These are also the ONLY safe brand name products to use. There are many cheaper products in pet stores and grocery stores, but these products simply are NOT safe and I have seen these products actually kill pets. Flea collars, powders, shampoos....these things just don't work well.
Also, any chance you recently put a collar on her? Cats that aren't used to wearing a collar often will scratch at them and fool their owners into thinking they have a flea problem...just a thought.
If you are using a quality flea control product and she is still scratching at her face and neck, its time to take her to a vet for a physical exam.
Good luck!

i dont its the fleas problems she has ? maybe its those shampoos that you had usedo on her to make her getting itching more. cause not many cats are same way with all kind shampoo's products ? my cat and dog are allgeries some pets shampoo's like green fleas and ticks shampoo when that happen they 're skins in side their hairs got red spots means theyre were allgieres the products i used on them . so maybe you shouldnt used them on youre cat til you fingure out what to do next. have you ever looked in youre cat furs like see any fleas crawling on her body . if not then you should get youre cat to the veterinary clinic and have the doctor check her out see if there are fleas or ticks on her if not there arent any then its the shampoo 's . you should also ask youre veterinarian what kind of product you can use for youre cat in case she does caught the fleas and ticks .

Give your kitty a warm bath with baby shampoo, the tear free kind. Just be careful around her eyes. It should help. You've probably used too many different products and it's irritated her skin. Try putting a little vegetable oil on her food, too. It helps keep their coats and skin healthy.

Use the baby shampoo. She should be fine. Also, most cats scratch even when they don't have fleas. It's something they do.

If you're still worried, take her to the vet.

it might not be fleas at all, she could have a skin allergy or mites or various other skin problems and irritations.

if your cat has fleas, you can tell by taking a white sheet of paper under her, and brushing her skin rather roughly - "flea dust" will fall out and you'll be able to see them on the white paper. looks like little black dust specks. it's basically flea poop. if your cat doesn't have this, then fleas are probably not the problem, and you should probably take your cat to the vet.

do you see any fleas? if she has them you will be able to see them by looking through her fur. she may just have itchy skin and need a skin moisturizing shampoo.
