P.S. This is not a rhetorical question. Please try to answer. Thanks :)

I read most of the responses to this to see if anything new or unusual showed up in the way of objections. Nothing has. The only one which is worth bothering with is the purported lack of transitional forms. There are two things wrong with the argument: first, ancient organisms were not in the habit of choosing to die in places where their remains might be preserved and it would be convenient for paleontologists to find them. Second, and much more important, the notion shows a lack of understanding of how mutations work: the genetic system is digital, not analog, in nature, and this means that the smallest possible change is one bit of information. But there is NO maximum: a one-bit change can activate all or part of an intron, or de-activate all or part of an exon, so a change can be arbitrarily large. So, a purported "missing" transitional organism may never have existed. This is one example of the ignorance which the creationists manifest in their refusal to acknowledge the truth, which is: evolution is now a proven fact, and it is time to start talking about something else.

Close only counts in horse shoes, hand grenades and atom bombs.

Show me a chimp that spear fishes. Show me ONE animal that creates and uses tools outside of their own bodies.

When it comes to intellegence, communications and inventiveness, the Dolphin is the closest to man. Chimps pale by comparison.

How close is Dolphin DNA to human DNA.

Maybe the Dolphin is the next thing to get intellegence to become sentient.

How come chimps down give birth to Cro Magnins anymore.

Why did evolution stop.

Why did the steps inbetween die out but not the chimp or the human.

There's a lot of unanswered questions.

Creationism can also answer it. God chose to make them that close.

If God's a master chemist and physicist, God could easily do that.

3 million genes is a lot of genes. Some are missing, some are added, some are vastly diffent in position.

Now, go find us an animal with only a few genes different.

That would be scarey.

A species that's only 50 genes off from us.

All it takes if 5 different genes to get rid of a lot of what we are.

A few defective genes and your IQ will never get above 65

A few defective genes and you won't hear, or see or talk.

Just a few.

Now, you're talking 3 million vastly different genes.

They are talking one to five genes to generate a predominace to cancer.

You have a long way to go to prove anything.

Creation to me is about order, precision, logic, purpose. When I read and ponder evolution, I see the exact opposite. Evolution is like saying your going to cut out each and every seperate letter and number out of the dictionary until you have a huge pile, put it all in a garbage bag, shake it up real good, and then dump it on the ground hoping that somewhere in all that madness you will actually find anything that remotely resembles a grammatically structured sentence. Creation spells it out in perfect, flawless sentences. To believe that some random molecules of genetic soup happened to form in the ocean and over millions of years "evolve" into fish which then crawled out of the drink to become hominids which themselves, over millions and millions and millions of years became what is known to be man- well, it makes for good science fiction movies, but that's as far as it goes. And as far as monkeys and men sharing 98.8% same DNA-, you will never cross-breed a human man with a primate and produce a viable offspring capable of sustained growth and survival. I have read too many articles in Scientific American magazine by geneticists who have authored research papers stating that as a fact. I respect your views-I honestly do- but there comes a time when reality must prevail and the biggest reality prevailing right now is that a great many in the science community are jumping ship with regards to the evolution debate.

So just how does 98.8% prove anything... it doesn't! It's just a factor. Where'd the "Big Bang" theory come from? Someones "THEORY"... get it? A theory! (Not proof!).
Who, (or what), could have created the atoms and molecules for this supposed mass that collided to create a "Big Bang"? They just happened to be out there for no reason? They created themselves?
There being a God is the best and most logical explanation I've ever heard! where did God come from? We don't know, nor will we until after we die.
Simple truth is, it takes a lot more "faith" to believe in your story than mine!

first of all im really affended by the fact that you are say that my great great great great great great.... grandfather was an ape! Second you have filled all the gaps of evolution by saying we are almost the same as chimps sorry but give me real evidence like the goo that started life. and didnt some scientist out there say that matter can never be added or taken away? so therefore you have contricted your own like THEORY. im mean a 1 celled organism does not equal mutrillion celled organism.
may God bless you and everyone you love.

Until now both creation and evolution are theories, cause they are both unproven.
Believing on either side requires choice.

If you believe in evolution so go on with it,
But evolution is like saying that a tornado run through a junkyard and all of a sudden assembled a flying Boeing 747.
even a single cell bacteria is far more complex than an airplane, and it doesn't assembled itself all of a sudden by chance.

Evolution is a theory and has had several breaktroughs but the breakthroughs have all proved to be hoaxes
Nebraska Man
Java Ape Man
Piltdown Man
Lucy
No real humans just a strong wish that they were,
The Bible is correct on all other matters why not creation as well.

I have waited long enough to see if they would answer. You should not bother trying facts or sanity on them, it doesn't work and only confuses them. Trying to get them to think is like trying to teach pigs to sing.
Nice link though.

Son of God gives a complete analysis of the problem He basicly says he wont believe because he refuses to believe no matter what evidence was put in front of him. Unfortunately these people are allowed to vote.

Wow, most of the rest of them seem to have been unable to either read or comprehend what the article said.
Sad, truly sad.

All life shares DNA. We share the same DNA as a chicken but that does not make us a chicken.

We are distinctly human.
