There are a couple of approaches -
1. when she does it, say "excuse me" loudly and make an over-exaggerated move away from her (be very, very serious when you do it). It will embarrass her.
2. try to do things with your friend where you don't have to see or deal with her.
3. Next time she does it, excuse yourself looking her straight in the eye and leave.

do what the other guys say, and intrroduce your friend to a girl you know or something, get her jealous..

I guess unless you want to be a crappy friend, just ignore it, and hopefully she'll get the point that you're not interested in f-ing over your friend.
