,he flirts with me but its like i give him the cold shoulder I am shy and when it comes to him i totally freeze up,i can talk to any of the guys i work with but then he comes around and i just stand in the back or go do something else,he does flirty things to me and i just blow him off. he will say simething to me and all Ill do is smile or laugh. We are already past the getting to know eachother stage we have had a few intimate encounters but still im shy i cant talk to him i cant go around him, im starting to think im a hopeless cause i wanna flirt back i wanna be able to talk to him and let him know how really interested I am but i get all nervous and i cant do it. anyone have any suggestions for me or advice. im not saying i want a serious thing with him right now but i gotta let go of this fear w.e it may be ,be a big girl and talk to the poor guy . please help

I do the exact same thing.

But I've been emailing him and playing myspace tag with my guy more and more (we have the same sense of humour so its a lot of fun) and now I'm getting better at being face to face with him because I'm kind of getting to know him more. At he very worst I can bring up something we joked about on line.

I also revert to the old just asking questions and putting the emphasis back on him to talk tatic. Its effective.
