Those people who disagree don't even rate in my world... I hate being lectured about my decisions, I'll go see my parents for that... As for what I'll look like when I'm 80, they can't say I'll look old and wrinkly.... Thats just an assumption... They are obviously too bored with their own lives so they need to judge ours! Personally, I find these anti tattoo people rather boring, but I would never lecture them on their life choices... Who do they think they are lecturing mine... Get a life people, if we all looked the same this planet would look rather boring!

For real... you don't look good when you're old anyways, so why not have the tatoos that you can enjoy your whole life and not regret not getting.

I think most people who are against tattoos don't understand that it is a form of self expression and it doesn't necessarily make you a loser or a rebel.

It's not like it used to be. By the time you are old there are going to be lots of other old ladies with tattoos (because I know lots of young girls who have them now), so being old and having tattoos won't have the same negative connotation.

Agreed. Tattoos are for the moment, and so should life itself be. You should worry about how you look now, not how you will look 60 years from now. No one can even garuntee they'll live that long, so they should live every day as if they won't. Besides, when you turn 80, an old tattoo will be the least of your cosmetic problems...

i admire tattoos. even while i grew to become right into a Christian I enjoyed them, i think of they may be a pleasing artwork. yet a lot of human beings get them and that they appear as if crap, so one must be careful. and not everybody looks sturdy with tattoos, and a few human beings in user-friendly terms seem sturdy with a million-3 jointly as others can pull off the sleeves and stuff. I genuinely have one tattoo and can decide to get 2 extra. Oh and that i've got my eyebrow pierced too :D

We get this same crazy comment over and over again because they are grasping. The haters are trying to find something they perceive as logical to denounce our art form. They have nothing.

The average 20-something female (and even now many males) will be using lotions and potions to keep themselves looking younger, fresher. Plastic surgery is continuously on the rise and people are caring for their bodies more now than ever.

We tattoo people in their 60's -80's so what's the issue? My oldest client is 98 years old! The haters stalk this area on answers because, over all, they are unhappy people who try to find fault with others just to try to make themselves feel better.

Yeah really... if you're 80 you're not going to look perfect anyways. Plus since tattoos are more common than they used to be, by the time we're old LOTS of old people, who will be from our generation, will have tattoos. People just think tattoos would look horrible on old people because the old people we're used to are from a completely different culture and almost never have them.

Hell, when I'm 80, the tattoo will probably be the best & most physically attractive thing about me.

If the haters really cared about what they'll look like at that age, they'd eat better, exercise more, smoke less and not bake themselves in the sun.

Agree completely i could care less what anyone thinks when i'm 80 i'll pretty much be set with friends and family. I don't see why it's anyone's business either if you like the tat then that is all that matters.

I guess it's their way of saying they wouldn't be able to take the pain of getting a tattoo done

My sister thought I was crazy for getting two tattoos done in one day so I had her come with me to see that it's not as bad as she thought it was and now she told me that she's going to get a tattoo.
