im 6'2 240 pounds and this spring break i want to look good for the beach and stuff since im goin to florida...i play football and like to workout but im still not losing weight..any suggestions im only 17 thanks

Go adkins lite - don't go crazy eating meat when you cut the carbs.

Limit yourself to 1500 cals per day and excercise like crazy.

No sugars, no soft drinks (like a diabetic)

You will drop your 30 in a heatbeat and be buff on the beach.

if you cut 500 calories a day from your diet, and burn an additional 1,000 calories at the gym daily you can loose 12 lbs in 4 weeks.
