Put a peice of onion or a clove of garlic inside the mouthpiece of a phone. Give it some time for it to fester and build up a strong odor. Then call them and keep them on the phone for as long as possible.

foil the entire thing... cover everything in foil... it's really funny and it comes off easily without any harm. stick it to the walls, over the computer, over the files, wrap the chair, cover the printer, wrap the pens and pencils... everything... it'll be a big silver shiny mess.
another idea... cover it in multicolored post it notes. some of them can say funny things on them and others can stay blank... just so everything is polka-dotted with all these colorful papers
