The only thing men focus on is the liklihood you can make babies.
This is mostly dependent on your waist to waist ratio, that should be approx. 70%. Boobs are far less important than TV and magazines would lead you to believe.
Other factors are youth (between 16 and 24), physical fitness, and interest in children.
Your focus should be on what kind of nest a guy can make ... it is VERY important to be picky on this detail. Remember, inside the home and in all matters of reproduction, you call all the shots.
Don't worry about "getting noticed". Guys evaluate your appearance and mating potential in a matter of seconds, so whoever is going to notice you, has already noticed you.
Just find some activity or excuse to walk past him, briefly touch him and say you are sorry (because the room was crowded), smile, and see what happens. If he responds, mumbles something, and gives you some attention, that is a clue.
Otherwise cut your losses, and move on to the next prospect.

Just don't act like you have to be noticed.
Be confident in who you are.
Love yourself, and talk to others around you with sincere interest.
If he is the man you think he is, he will notice the sweetness in you.
Dress sharp, but not showy, don't show off dressing too sexy.
Have clean shiny hair, that attracts men, cleanliness.
don't talk loud, or laugh loud around men, don't try to get attention.
read some books on being a lady.:)

depends on age, both of you and him. if in grade school, pass him a note, talk to him, etc. If in high school/college, it's a whole new ballgame! You're best asset, assuming being charming and nice and natural has failed, is your body. Do whatever you can (within rules) to attract his eyes. If he sees you're cute, maybe even hot, he'll probably be all over you. good luck. one more thing: is this guy even worth it? nice, sweet, handsome, etc? think carefully.

Please do not go out of your way to get noticed!! Patience is indeed a true virtue, just speak to him casually! You never know one day a conversation might strike up without either one of you noticing it!!

It's all about eye contact - you really don't have to say a word.
