It is according , to when it was sent out, how fast it is delivered, and how fast they do the test at the lab,,, usually 1-3 days, some cases, may take longer.

it depends what they're using to test the specimen. In most cases you can get the results within 24hrs, but if it was for a job or something similar it can probably take up to a week or 2.. You know, they have the results almost immediately but then someone has to take the information and pick up the phone.

Depends on what kinda test they're running on the urine.
If it's the standard test they run on all applicants, probably within minutes.
If it's a MS/GC (mass spectrometer/gas chromatograph), it could take a bit.
