Someone who speaks and knows a lot about hebrew(lang) --Can you help me?

Question

I read that the reason hebrew doesn't have long vowels was because it is only used in biblical form, but then i read that it's just Israeli hebrew that doesn't use long vowels... In any case, can somebody please show me how this would be written using long vowels?
