A lot of places offer some sort of a study skills class. Also, most colleges offer counseling for both career/study issues as well as personal/emotional issues. Your academic advisor can often point you in the right direction. If you want more confidentiality, you can always ask at some place like health services on your campus where they have to keep your information confidential.

i think alot of schools have an introduction to college class or something like it, if not then they have study skill groups and if you live in a residence hall they usually have groups or meetings you can attend.
