i am on h1 now. we are singapore citizens. How long it takes?

When you said that you are a Singapore citizen, do you serve the Singapore army or you were given the citizenship because of your work.

If you're not a citizen or green card holder, how do you expect to fill out an application for them to come here as green card applicants or recipients? They can apply for a H-1 or other type of visa, but in order to be able to sponsor your wife, children or parents (the only family members that are eligible to be sponsored for green cards if you have yours) you would have to have a green card, too.

if you are on H1 visa you can not get green cards for your family or yourself.
