What is the smallest grain bullet for a 270 rifle. I can only find 130. If lower where do you find them?

Sierra Makes 90, 110, 130, 135, 140,150 grain
SPEER makes 90, 100, 130, 140, 150
Remington Makes 100 and 130
Hornady makes 100, 110, 130 140, 150

Most other manufacturers make the rounds at 130 grain or larger. You can get the lighter bullet and you may achieve higher muzzle velocities with them, but you will lose accuracy from the external ballistic performance of the lighter round.

I don't know about .270. but there is (or used to be) a 30.06 load called Remington Accelerator that used a 65 grain bullet in a plastic sabot.

i have seen 100 grain. about 3 months ago, first time that i had ever seen them. manufactured by Remington, sold at a Wal Mart.
