One is moslem and the other hindu, but neither are religious. Are there significant culture differences?

you know your situation better than anyone else. you may not be religious, but if your families are then that might raise some big problems. look at your situation from every aspect there is to it and then decide. i'm sure you'll make the right decision!

If both were raised in the US and neither are particularly religious, it doesn't seem like there would be a really big cultural difference between the two. Family traditions may vary, and I don't know how traditional the families are and how they would react to the relationship, but if they like each other enough to give it a try, more power to them.
