Sometimes I like to go for horseback rides in the hills. I am half indian so I feel it is only appropriate to stick with my roots. After taking some peyote and LSD I took my clothes off and we rode into the hills. My horse kept going on about how Rod Stewart is too old to be making music when all of a sudden, a park ranger flagged me down! He asked why I was naked and I told him it was my right. I don't feel the playground adjacent to me was any excuse for the arrest. I told him my horse is a carnivore and I guess he didn't believe me. Should I get a lawyer and fight this? I feel my indian rights have been trampled..

I sometime arrest stupid people who ride there horses in the hills and take there clothes off in front of kids who frequent the park near the place where I arrest these people.
Did you read what you wrote? Your an idiot, you don't need a lawyer you need a psychiatrist and a jail cell with bubba, he will make you sing with your buddy Rod.
You have no Indian rights when your breaking the law, and I wouldn't be surprised if your "tribe" kicks you out for the embarrassment you may cause them.

As a native american (as I am by the way) you should realise Peyote is allowed as part of our religious heritage. LSD is still a controlled substance. It's fine to ride, and to free yourself of the constraints of clothing, but be responcible. I would have arrested you if I saw you near a playground ;). Just becareful where you practice your religious freedoms, lol

well of course talking bad against Rod Stewart would be grounds for arrest by any park ranger.

Absolutely. Remember that your wanger is half Indian, too, so maybe you can work in a whole argument about how a wanger has a right to be shown to little kids. The jury would love that.
