Go to a local gym, and ask around. Just google your question. You can do abs like crunches, the plank, bicycles, and sit-ups. You can start off with like 3 sets of 20 reps each exercise. Then do arms, like free weights and bands if you have them. If not, do push ups and pull-ups if you have a chance. You may want to do 3 sets of 10 reps of push-ups. For the push ups, keep down for 5 seconds and repeat for each push up. It may seem like a lot at first, but you WILL be satisfied from the work-out. Try running 1 1/2 mile every other day at first, then increase after a month. If you have a chance, go to a gym to do the bike and other machines like the treadmill. Thanks for asking! Hope this helps. =)

How is your health? If it's okay- and by home you mean not a gym- then just taking walks will help a lot. You need to walk swiftly to get a marked improvement.
If you're sort of house bound- then there is always the, ever so boring, jumping jacks and sit ups.

I like Tae Bo also....to get the love handles toned...do side crunches...just like it sounds...do a crunch(half a situp) and lean to the side-put your hands on your head and touch your elbows to the adjacent knee...switching sides as needed....also...lunges...stand up, bend one knee down like you are going to propose...and then switch...great for the thighs...I dance also...when no one is looking mostly...that is an excellent way to lose weight...have fun...
