I would guess "Air" or Cold air
I turn polar bears white - hair is hollow full of air
and I will make you cry. -A cold wind can make you cry
I make guys have to pee - a cold breeze if you are exposed
and girls comb their hair. - wind will mess up hair
I make celebrities look stupid - same -wind will mess up hair
and normal people look like celebrities. - Sometimes wind will cause that "wind blown look"

No is the answer, the trick is the last line. Can you guess the riddle. Apparently they tested uni students and 3 year old on this one and the 3 year olds won hands down!

Polar bears are white because the pressure at the poles is low, so they have to be able to absorb heat.
Pressure makes you cry if it's too much.
Pressure in your bladder makes you have to pee.
Peer pressure makes girls comb their hair...Otherwise we wouldn't bother!
Celebrities usually crack under pressure.
Many normal people will shine under pressure.
Pancakes turn brown thanks to pressure generated by the heat.
Champagne will bubble until the pressure of the carbonation has disappeared.
If you squeeze something under pressure, BAM, there it goes.
If you are 'looking' at pressure, you're in it, like in an airplane, and your ears pop!

i think its magic... like a magic hockey puck or something... maybe it walks. yes it does walk. it walks and dances. and when it dances it makes you pop if you witness the magical hockey puck two step. also polar bears turn white becausethey find out that they cant dance or jump so they realize "hey i must be a white man... o well" and it turns its skin color white. as for the guys peeing it shoots dr pepper into the mouth of the guys and therefore it makes them pee. it makes girls comb their hair because it goes over to the girls and gets dr pepper on it so they wash it and comb it. when it makes celebrities look stupid that means he's the guy who actually takes the photos of them w/o make up. pancakes are brown because he burns them. champagne always bubbles. when he says if you squeeze me i'll pop hes just tempting you to look at him so that you will pop. and as i said earlier he pops you with magic.
